Why no universal price is shown
Busuu says its billing cycles range from one to twelve months, payment is collected in advance and access automatically renews until cancellation. Record the displayed total and renewal amount instead of copying a third-party dollar figure.
Free, Premium and Premium Plus
Free provides essential course access, community feedback and basic progress tracking. Premium adds grammar and vocabulary review, offline mode, no ads, certificates and lesson skipping. Premium Plus adds Mistake Repair, AI Conversations, pronunciation feedback and specialty courses.
Feature availability changes the value
Busuu marks several Plus features as available only for selected languages, levels and devices. A higher tier is not automatically better when the relevant feature does not support your course.
Refund and cancellation rules
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the initial Premium payment. Renewals and later billing cycles are excluded. Busuu says to cancel through the original payment platform at least 24 hours before renewal.
